Love juices but don’t have an at home juicer or want to buy $10 every time you go out to get one? Ya, same. So this is my go to at home ginger carrot “juice.” All you need is a blender, a few simple ingredients, and ice! It has all the great flavors, more nutrients than juice since you are not wasting any of the products, and is much cheaper as normal juice.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups of chopped carrots
  2. 1.5 cups of water
  3. 1/2 tsp minced ginger
  4. Juice of 1 lemon
  5. 4 to 5 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add your carrots and water to the blender. Start by blending on low and then raise to a high level, and blend for one minute until smooth.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a cup over nice, or store and refrigerate for later!
