Need the perfect Valentines day treat that is secretly healthy? I bring you my go to Avocado Peanut Butter Mousse! It is filled with healthy fats and no processed sugars! It’s rich but also light, and satisfies your sugar cravings without all the processed crap! I am making it this year for my Valentines Date and know it’s going to be a hit. Plus who doesn’t love peanut butter and chocolate?!
Ingredients:
- 4 ripe avocados
- Peanut butter 1/2 cup
- Cacao 1/2 cup
- Melted 100% chocolate bar
- Honey ½ cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Vanilla bean paste ½ tsp
- Raspberries 8 oz
Instructions:
- Add all but raspberries to a food processor and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
- Layer the mousse between layers of raspberries. (Can pipe this through a sandwich bag, or scoop with spatula). Garnish with raspberries and micro planned chocolate.
