One of my favorite ways to flavor my food is through fun herbed butters. It is so easy to whip together some herbs and fun ingredients and make butters that go great on cheese boards, steaks, vegetables, crostini’s and just about everything.

Since I have been dairy free I haven’t had the luxury of herbed butters. But I have found a great vegan butter with clean ingredients from Miyoko’s that I love. Since then I have been making it into herb butters and have been loving it! Super easy to make, and goes great with everything.

Ingredients:

  1. 8 oz butter or vegan butter (I love Miyoko’s butter)
  2. 2 TB chopped sun dried tomatoes
  3. 2 Tb basil chiffonade
  4. ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Leave butter at room temperature. Once soft mash with a fork in a bowl.
  2. Add the rest of your ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Form a log with your butter and wrap in saran wrap, tying the ends.
  4. Let sit in fridge 20 minutes to solidify and slice and serve! Goes great on butter, steaks, vegetables, etc.
