One of my favorite foods is a Japanese Sweet Potato. If you haven’t tried them yet please go run to the store for them. They are halfway between potato and yam. They are white with a purple skin and are naturally super sweet. They get way crispier than yams so they are perfect for french fries! This is my go to air fryer recipe for Japanese Sweet Potato Fries!

Ingredients:

  1. 4 small Japanese sweet potatoes, or 2 medium/large
  2. 2 TB olive oil
  3. 1.5 TB everything but the bagel seasoning
  4. 1 tsp garlic powder
  5. 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Cut sweet potatoes into long fry shapes.
  2. Coat with olive oil and the seasonings.
  3. Add to air fryer and set to 400F for 12 minutes, work in batches if you dont have a large air fryer.
  4. Enjoy with your meal or with a yummy dressing or classic ketchup!
