One of the most popular salad dressings out there is the Green Goddess Dressing. It is creamy, bright green, tangy, and filled with fresh herbs. However, it is typically made with inflammatory ingredients, fillers, and preservatives that I refuse to eat. So I created this vegan version that has 6 simple ingredients that are delicious. Whip up to go with a fresh salad, or even use for dipping vegetables!

Ingredients:

Yields: 2 Cups

  1. 2 ripe avocados
  2. 1 cup of basil
  3. 1 lemon juiced
  4. ¾ cup almond creamer or almond milk
  5. ½ tsp salt
  6. ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender or small food processor. If you want less thick add a few tablespoons of almond creamer/milk. Enjoy with vegetables, salad, etc!
