I am always looking for easy lunch recipes. Something that is fast and healthy are my go to lunches, so naturally the air fryer is my best friend. One of my favorite things to throw in the air fryer for lunch is salmon! It keeps the salmon moist on the inside, while having a nice crunch on the outside.

The air fryer is also one of my favorite ways to cook salmon. It is the easiest way to do it if you are a beginner! Many people make the mistake of overcooking salmon, which dries it out and makes it hard to swallow down. But the air fryer makes it almost fool proof! This is a must if you are looking for a quick salmon dish, or if you are wanting to perfect salmon!

Try this recipe for the easiest salmon you will ever make! No more dry AF and boring salmon!

Ingredients:

2 thick salmon fillets
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning

Preparation:

STEP 1.

Squeeze a juice from one lemon over the salmon fillets.

STEP 2.

Add seasonings to the salmon, sprinkling evenly over.

STEP 3.

Line air fryer with parchment and add salmon fillets. Set air fryer to 350*F and turn on for 15 minutes. Remove from air fryer and check for doneness by peaking with a fork, should be flaky. Enjoy!
