This sauce is the perfect sauce for spring rolls! I also love it in stir fries and glazing it on fish and chicken. This is a slightly healthier version that uses coconut aminos instead of soy, and Date Lady date syrup instead of sugar.

If you like the sauce thicker, add more peanut butter, if you like it thinner, add more coconut aminos!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 3/4 – 1 cup coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tbsp date syrup
- 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped, for garnish
Preparation:
STEP 1.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk thoroughly. If you want it thinner, add more coconut aminos, thicker more peanut butter.
STEP 2.
Top with chopped peanuts and serve!
