One of my all time favorite salad vinaigrettes is an Italian vinaigrette. I love the lemon, vinegar, garlic, and Italian herbs, that come together to make the most perfectly balanced dressing.

Blend the rice vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, Italian seasoning, mustard, and honey with an immersion blender or whisk to combine. Slowly, while blending / or whisking, add your olive oil to emulsify.
