Chili crunch is a popular condiment or sauce that adds both heat and flavor to a variety of dishes. It typically consists of red chili peppers, garlic, and sometimes other ingredients like shallots, ginger, and spices, all fried or sautéed in oil until they become crispy and flavorful. The result is a spicy, crunchy, and savory topping that can be used to enhance the taste of various foods.

I love chili crunch, but it is hard to find store bought ones that use high quality oils. So I have been making my own for years, and it is incredibly easy to do!
