The most popular dessert recipe on my website is hands down the vanilla creme brulees. They are absolutely delicious, but not necessarily helping meet your health goals. Lots of people have asked me to make a lighter version, so I present you my high protein Greek yogurt creme brulees! They are actually easier to make, less calories and much higher in protein.

For this recipe I use Isopure’s Zero Carb Creamy Vanilla Protein powder to increase the protein content. It adds to the vanilla flavor and is so delicious! Use code “KELLY15” for 15% off Isopure Protein Powders!

Preheat the oven to 325°F. 2. Boil a pot of water and set aside. 3. In a bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup sugar, salt, egg yolks, vanilla bean paste, and Isopure Vanilla Protein Powder, until smooth. 4. Pour the mixture into 4 oven safe ramekins and place in a baking dish. Pour the boiling water around the ramekins in the baking dish to create a water bath. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours until the custard is set. 6. Once set, add sugar to the top and brûlée with a torch. Serve and enjoy!
