Espresso martinis are hands down my all time favorite cocktail. My boyfriend and I have become experts at them since getting our own espresso machine and love to make them for our guests. With the holidays here, I wanted to make a fun twist on the classic, so mastered this peppermint espresso martini. It is a must this holiday season!
Tips on espresso:
If you do not have your own espresso machine, for the love of god do NOT use coffee in this recipe. I didn’t have my own espresso machine until a few months ago and I never let it stop me from making my own espresso martinis. Instead, just go to a local coffee shop, or starbucks if you must, and ask for as many shots of espresso that you need in a cup. Put in your refrigerator until you make these and you can’t even tell the difference!
If you are extra like me and want your own espresso machine, I got the Breville Bambino and absolutely love it!
