This Parmesan roasted asparagus is proof—it’s delicious and cooks in under 15 minutes.
Key Ingredients & Substitutions:
- Asparagus – I personally like to get medium to thick asparagus. The skinny asparagus cooks too quickly and will burn easily.
- Parmesan – Freshly grated parmesan is the best here. You can also use any hard cheese of choice.
- Olive Oil – Any cooking fat will work here!
- Lemon Juice – Freshly squeezed lemon is the perfect way to finish this dish! Don’t omit.

- 1 bu asparagus, ends trimmed
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup parmesan, grated
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Preparation:
STEP 1.
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
STEP 2.
