Poaching eggs is shockingly easy, and poaching multiple eggs at once isn’t that much more difficult. Using these hacks, you will be able to poach eggs for everyone at your next brunch.

I would start with 2 or 3 eggs, and work your way up to more. I have poached up to 10 at once before!

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Preparation:

STEP 1.

Prepare a pot of water over medium heat, bring it up to poaching temperature, barely bubbling.

STEP 2.

Crack the eggs into a fine mesh strainer, letting any of the loose whites fall through, then place all your eggs in one bowl.

STEP 3.

Add a splash of apple cider vinegar into the poaching water. Swirl the water with a slotted spoon and the slowly lower your eggs into the pot. Keep the gentle swirl going for 5 seconds and let the eggs poach for 2-3 minutes. Pick the eggs up off the bottom and touch the whites with your finger to test and see if they are set. If they still jiggle a lot they need more time, if they are set, pull the eggs and place them briefly on a paper towel.

STEP 4.

Transfer the eggs to a plate with your hands and season to your desire.
