When it comes to Thanksgiving it is not the turkey or the side dishes that are my favorite, it is the appetizers! I love grazing on small bites from charcuterie boards, crudite, prosciutto wrapped dates, and baked brie! I am a huge fan of brie of all forms, but love when it is baked with seasonal toppings. This cranberry baked brie is perfect for Thanksgiving. It is warm, melty, tart and sweet. It is perfect with crackers and crostini.

Ingredients and Substitutions:

  • Brie Wheel – For this recipe I used a 16 oz large wheel of brie. You can use any size of brie, but if it is smaller just cook for less time.
  • Cranberry sauce – For this recipe I used homemade cranberry sauce, however you can definitely use store bought. If you don’t like cranberry sauce you can substitute with any sauce of choice! For example fig jam, orange marmalade, or strawberry jam.
